Custom Logos – Logo Design tips

These days there are few people that don’t consider themselves graphic designers and even fewer now that there has supposedly been a recession underway. Here are a few tips on how to illustrate your company logo as best you can.

1. The Name

What’s the company name, what can you interpret from that name? Really examine the words, the abbreviation, the acronym and try to envision which images or fonts could help put forth that idea.

2. The Company’s or Project’s Aim

What does the company do? What is it trying to do? Could the imagery for the logo revolve more around the company’s aim than their name?

3. Font emphasized logos

Do you want your company to revolve around the logo for it’s branding, or it’s name in an appropriate font? What is it that you’re trying to achieve?

Try to focus on all these aspects and design at length. Eventually, with luck, you’ll come across something that triggers further thoughts and inspiration that you can then build off of to form your own logo.

Failing that, or if you have a budget for logo creation you could hire MVRemix Media to create your logo and branding. For more information on their endeavours, click the link.
